A good instructional product for learning & collection.
I have not learned the 42form TaiChi yet. I browsed through the first few lessons by Dr Paul Lam with his assistant. The content looks great for learning solo at home. Dr Paul Lam did consider in his instructional lessons those learners who may not have a body with flexibility to do some harder moves and those learners who are in their senior ages. My opinion is producing an instructional type of content media is not an easy yask. Like it.

Excellent
A really great dvd. The lessons are easy to understand and show the forms very well. I’m practising taiji for about three years. Last months we learn the 42 form. However, I find these very difficult so this dvd is a great help to me. The delivery also was okay.

What a difference!
After struggling with the original DVD several years ago to learn the 42 Combined Forms, this new DVD is wonderful! It's easy to follow and to understand, the demonstrations at the end of each section are great and especially the full demonstration at the end of the whole form. The footprints are an added feature. Thank you, Dr. Lam, for remaking this DVD as it is now a valued resource in my Tai Chi practise.

Terrific new DVD
Thank you Dr Lam for taking the time to remake the 42 Form teaching DVD! For those of use struggling to learn this form without a teacher on hand this new DVD is fantastic. I have the first edition and found it to be difficult to follow, but the new revised version is easy to follow and understand, giving appropriate modifications for those of us not so agile. So thank you again - it is great!
