  1. Exellent teaching 5 Star Review

Tai Chi for Arthritis is a beautiful set of movements to learn and practice. Dr Lam's teaching is easy to follow but also teaches the depth of the movements. I will recommend this product to friends and family.

A great program, easy to follow with simple steps-by-steps. Dr Lam's demonstrations are very useful, as are the participants' ones. Slow peace, what is perfect to learn and keep motivated. Highly recommended to basic and intermediate students.

Very easy to learn at your own pace. Since doing Tai Chi for Arthritis I can move better and find I'm standing up straighter. Can even lift my arms easier. Highly recommend these DVD's.

  4. Just the thing to do in lockdown. 5 Star Review

I enjoyed the dvd and found it very helpful and just the thing to do in lockdown. I could take it at my own pace and as I have been a teacher of Dr Lamb’s tai chi and have tried this form of tai chi before I found it solved some of the problems I had had, particularly the turning and rotating round.

  7. Very clear instructions 5 Star Review

Like the first video this is easy to follow. You get to watch Dr Lam from the back and see his associates from the front at the same time so you can really see how to do the moves. I go to regular Tai Chi classes and this is a real help in understanding the moves at your own pace. I consider it money well spent and I intend to buy more of these instructional videos. Highly recommended.

I use this product on a regular basis and always find it helpful and recently with a new class one after the other have asked me to purchase this product for them. The power of using this product has shown up in their improvement and their enthusiasm to share it with others has been amazing to see. A class that loves to practice.

  10. Clear instructions, step by step 5 Star Review

Posted by on 10th Jan 2019

By Part II of Tai Chi for Arthritis, I already felt confident of following Dr Lam's instructions from going through his excellent teaching in Part 1. He goes slowly and clearly, step by step. He really goes the extra mile to make sure participants can follow, showing front and back views, and running through the movements several times each before linking them all together at the end of each section, and then running the whole form through right at the end.

I also really enjoyed the way he slowly introduced Tai Chi principles and ideas as I progressed through the lessons.

Nearly all the movements can be easily seen facing the screen. Only the very last one is a little more demanding, as it requires a turn away from the screen, but I still managed, with some time and patience to work out how to follow it.

An excellent introduction to this highly beneficial practise.
