    These lessons are very inspiring for me. Doktor Lam moves smoothly and gracieus. He shows cleary and easy to understand the principles which lay at the bottom of tai chi.
    It is a joy to follow him in these lessons. Anyone can do it!

    We recently purchased the video Tai Chi for Memory with Dr Paul Lam.

    These lessons are quite different from the others I have attended or done. The movements seem very simple, and you begin to think how can this help our memory! Well, my husband and I do them together and it is quite remarkable just how much effect this has on not just your memory, but you entire being. I think because Dr Lam is very relaxed and gives you the feeling that you are all able to do this regardless of you needs or abilities you have the strength and he gives you the support to keep going.
    Thank you Dr Lam it has changed our lives immensely.
