The ancient practice of tai chi is clinically proven to be one of the most effective exercises to improve health, fitness and relaxation. The 24 Forms is the most widely practiced tai chi form. While there are many variations, the form you will learn by working with this DVD is the one of the most authentic.

Following an introduction to tai chi and its benefits, Dr Lam teaches unique qigong exercises and foundational movements which will enhance your energy and make easier learning. Throughout the lessons, Dr Lam will explain the tai chi principles and how to use them to improve your tai chi.

A Personal Instructor in your own home!

Posted by Rurik Grimnisson on 19th Dec 2012

Recommended to me by my Tai Chi teacher, I found the DVD to be like having a personal instructor on call. It is a perfect compliment to my weekly lessons of the Peking 24 style. This revised edition DVD demonstrates the compassion, care and patience of a true Tai Chi master who knows how to teach by separating forms for ease of learning and then connecting them to create the naturally blissful body/mind rhythm which is the hallmark of real Tai Chi play. The menu layout is intelligent and intuitive, allowing one to easily revise and/or progress to the next lesson. No dedicated student or teacher of the 24 form should be without this DVD in their library.

Excellent way to learn Tai Chi

Posted by Frances Cox on 13th Jun 2012

I find the lessons very easy to follow & I feel this is the best way for beginners to learn Tai Chi. They can stop the lesson whenever they wish to repeat or go faster when they are confident, all without the possibllity of causing annoyance or irritation or slowing down others. When the movements are learnt one can then attend a class with teacher who can fine tune them. I am pleased with my rate of learning & will most likely go on to the other forms later. Thanks for your inspiration I am impressed with your methods.

    Thank you very much!

Thank you very much for your excellent instruction on your DVD. I have been a martial artist all of my life and studied many systems and many Qigong systems but very little Tai Chi Chuan. I ordered your 24 forms DVD and practiced for about a month. On a whim I went and competed in the U.S. National Martial Arts Tournament in Stafford, TX on Sept. 9. It was sponsored my the USA Chen Tai Chi organization. I placed third and recieved a Bronze medal in Tai Chi 24 forms competition. Before seeing your DVD, I had never seen the 24 forms and i did not know that one could compete in Tai Chi. You have opened up a new world to me. It was a great time and I learned a lot. Thanks again I am looking forward to many more of your products and maybe even a certification in my future

    24 Forms

Posted by David Watson on 2nd May 2012

I am new to Tai Chi and am relying upon your DVD's to learn. I am extremely pleased with your 24 Form program and will learn more in the future (48 Form, Sword, Sun). Even though I have paid in full for your programs, I will always owe you a debt for giving me the opportunity to learn tai chi. Thank you.
