Love this DVD
Recently I purchased the 'Sun Style 73 Forms''DVD because of the Chi Gong element and on watching the demonstration by Dr Lamb I realised that this would be, for me, quite challenging .However, with Dr Lamb's style of teaching I know I will eventually master this set. I find the way Dr Lamb breaks down each movement to its smallest element, just to a simple hand movement or foot placement together with his explanations makes it a joy to learn Tai Chi. Having regularly practised Tai Chi I find I have increased energy, stamina and more flexibility. n particular the 'Tai Chi for Arthritis'has' been really helpful as I now have hardly any pain in my hands. I would certainly recommend this DVD to anyone with Arthritis. I would like to congratulate Dr Lamb on his foresight in developing these DVD's which enables people, like me, who cannot attend his workshops to further our knowledge and learn new forms at home. so easy to follow
Paul Lam is amazing. Hus instructions are very clear and the pace is slow and steady. He also be gives you alternative moves if you cannot manage. Highly recommend.

Motivated to improve my health
I thoroughly enjoyed following the brilliant instructions in this DVD, the complete break-down in movements with clear, simple explanation, make this an excellent learning resource. I experience less pain and stiffness, feel better about myself and can perform more activities than before. I now have a better appetite and feel calmer during and after practising this set. It is a challenging set to learn but love the “alternative” movements offered by the instructor who cares more about health, I’m aiming to be able to practice the more “challenging” movements soon. Easy to learn even for beginner
Good Day, I'm lucky because I have purchased this DVD. Even though this DVD is for Intermediate Level but as a beginner like me I feel easy to follow Dr. Lam instructions. Now, I have completed the Section One and already benefited from practicing this tai chi. I feel more energetic and more calm. Thank you Dr. Lam and the team for producing such a wonderful DVD. Looking forward to learn the next Section.

Continued improvement in my Tai Chi.
Greetings Tai Chi friends. Well done on the presentation of all your DVDs. I have practiced and taught TC on a voluntary basis for nearly 10 years. The DVDs help me to fine tune the principals and keep improving my TC. What is also great about the DVDs, is being able to watch in slow motion if nessecary. The messages are excellent as I love getting that deeper understanding of TC, which I pass onto my students. Thanks Dr Lam and team. You are all Shiners.

Great to have this DVD
My husband and I learn Sun 73 form from our great instructor once a week. This DVD helps us a lot to revise (review) what we learnt in the class. Step-by-step and slow movement with explanation. We are happy to have this DVD for our 73 practice.

Beautiful Flowing style
I have just purchased Dr Lam Sun style 73 forms and have been learning section one. I have previously learnt the 24 forms and loved doing it but I must say I love the Sun style even better. It is so beautiful and flowing and I find I just loose myself in it, there is truly something quite magical about it. I love how Dr Lam also explains the deeper meanings contained within the forms therefore adding another layer and depth to my tai chi practice. I was worried it would be difficult to learn but once again, Dr Lam makes it easy to follow along. I am looking forward to the day I can do all 73 forms but already I feel "like water in a river".

Easy to Learn with a teacher like Dr. Lam
I received the 73 Sun Style DVD 2 weeks ago. Sun Style is not popular in Germany, That's why I didn't know this style at all until mid-December 2016. I directly fell in love with this form and think it will be a good combination with the long Yang form I'm learning for 3 years now. The instructions are very very good, easy to follow and to understand. As the stepping is different from the Yang style I've got to work hard on that, but with the help of this DVD it should be no problem in the end. So far I've been watching the first section and will go on when I'm sure that I've got every movement correctly. I'm looking forward to be able to run through the complete form one day.
