Teaching process : smooth and clear
A big thank you to Mr Lam, the video, explanations and numerous repeats, multiple angles are extremely helpful, all seems so easy,.... A real pleasure. I was wondering whether we could subscribe on line access and on line download and avoid the manipulation of CD's. Worth thinking about.

Making things simple
I started off with the basic 'Tai chi for beginners' and have progressed to the 24 Forms. So far I have found it simple to follow and am getting on O.K. The only criticism, only minor, so far is that having gone from section 1 to section 2 etc could you not incorporate the last movement of section 1 into the first movement of section 2, and so on 2 to 3, 3 to4. I feel it would help continuity. Only my oppinion ofcourse.

24 Form
I am learning Tai Chi from a Master on the Gold Coast. From week to week it is difficult to remember the correct way to do each Form. Dr Paul Lam's DVD, Tai Chi The 24 Forms has been very beneficial to my learning and remembering these Forms of Tai Chi. I am very pleased with the DVD.

24 Form
I am currently taking classes for the 24 Form so purchased this to have revision. As stated on the video face to face is best as it is quite difficult to follow with the change of directions. I find it good for revision but would not like to start from scratch just using the video. That is not a fault of the video, just the fact it is quite difficult to follow 24 Form. Face to face teaching is best as we often think we are doing moves well but infact we are not. I read other reviews who found it easy and I question if they are actually do it correctly. The posture, breathing etc makes it all a complex thing. In saying that Tai Chi has made an improvement to my life and I am grateful Dr Lam took time out to make such a difficult Form of Tai Chi to teach via video.

So easy to follow
This is such an easy program to follow. Dr Lam's teaching style is very thorough and he is considerate of people of all fitness levels. He gives ample explanation and plenty of opportunity to practice each movement. I get the feeling he is talking to me one on one at times as if it is a private lesson. Yet his classroom students of various ages and fitness levels give a feeling of being in a classroom with them. This is encouraging as it shows everyone's movements are a little different and gives confidence that my own movements are ok. The menus are well laid out making it easy to go back or forward to practice any areas that I need to review. Dr Lam is a quietly spoken, gentle man and his manner promotes a sense of calm throughout the lessons. I will be purchasing more of his dvds in the future.

Tai Chi, a pleasure to learn
The DVD is an excellent way for me to learn Tai Chi. I find the instruction easy to follow and the DVD is setup in a way as for me to learn quickly. I enjoy performing Tai Chi on a daily bases now. Depending on my day, I can do 30 minutes or even up to an hour. I noticed improvements in balance, muscular strength and concentration very quickly. Rest me only to say thank you very much.
