Pain relief
I started this program after injuring my back and having a fibromyalgia flare up. The gentle approach used in the program and the focus on being mindful have helped settle both my pain and flare up. I am grateful I started this program.

Simply the Best
The lessons are great, have found my calm relaxed body and the repetition makes for simple instruction. After 1 week of 40mins Tai Chi foundation movements every day I have noticed a difference . Beginning to regain flexibility and balance. Best fitness for body and mind.

Private tuition
I have previously been to group Tai Chi Classes where I felt self conscious due to a lack of coordination and didn't find it relaxing at all. Whilst trying to find an all weather, safe exercise during COVID-19 isolation I remembered Tai Chi and purchased Dr Lam's "Tai Chi for Life" on line. For me, it has been like having a personalised Tai Chi class with Dr Lam in the room, which is very reassuring and calming. Over the years I have attempted to join classes to learn tai chi, but unfortunately joining in with others who are practiced intimidated me as I wanted to get all the moves immediately. (Not helpful). I have bought the DVD, I am being taught so calmly and thoroughly that I am getting into that space of being, rather than trying to be. Thank you

Exceptional value
Since reviewing this program I have introduced it to all of my classes and they love it. I was also going to use the program as an introductory session for a group of ladies dealing with breast cancer but unfortunately the meeting was cancelled due to a lack of registrations. The program everything and addressed the Tai Chi principles.
