    Clear instructions, step by step

Posted by Penny Auburn on 10th Jan 2019

By Part II of Tai Chi for Arthritis, I already felt confident of following Dr Lam's instructions from going through his excellent teaching in Part 1. He goes slowly and clearly, step by step. He really goes the extra mile to make sure participants can follow, showing front and back views, and running through the movements several times each before linking them all together at the end of each section, and then running the whole form through right at the end. I also really enjoyed the way he slowly introduced Tai Chi principles and ideas as I progressed through the lessons. Nearly all the movements can be easily seen facing the screen. Only the very last one is a little more demanding, as it requires a turn away from the screen, but I still managed, with some time and patience to work out how to follow it. An excellent introduction to this highly beneficial practise.

A great tool for my class to follow at home in their own time and provides them with confidence when they come to class each week.

    best for me

Posted by al on 24th Jan 2018

As a shy person who just tries and fails to attend a class these dvds are perfect to allow me to learn some moves while building confidence. With the help of Dr Paul’s DVD’s I am feeling better and I know if I do go to an actual in person lesson I will not feel as anxious as I did when I first wanted to try Tai Chi. Thanks

I attend tai chi class once a week but having the tape at home for practice purposes is just excellent. One can repeat the moves till perfection is achieved.
