    As a new beginner in Tai Chi, I have found an excellent way to learn Tai Chi for my level and at my rhythm. Pity for the postal fee.

    Thank you for your quick response in sending the DVD which i purchased for my parents. They have found it of great benefit and are using it regularly. Mum has found that it is helping with her balance which has been an issue lately.

    I am up to Lesson 4, and have already noticed increased energy. The lessons are well explained and demonstrated. I am finding the whole experience pleasurable. Look forward to completing this dvd, and going on further!

    Dr Paul Lam is after my opinion the best Instructor you can get in Tai Chi. He really understand how to learn other people to understand what Tai Chi is all about. Tai Chi for Beginners is really a great start for new people who wants to learn this great art. Thank You!

    very detailed instructions given by a considerate teacher, in a soothing and relaxing voice: usually sends me in a mild trance in 1 min flat! It has been an invaluable help in times of stress: couldn't have stopped smoking without it! Thank you!

    The lessons contain easy exercises everyone can do and still give great results. I enjoy doing Tai Chi very morning, a great way to start my day.
