    Easy exercise for beginners

Posted by Robyn M on 23rd Nov 2015

This is a very easy & gentle introduction to tai chi. Dr Lam first demonstrates the exercises and then breaks it down into easy to follow steps. As Dr Lam says himself, this may seem "not very exciting" but it does clearly set the foundations for an ongoing exercise program. I like the quiet and calm manner of instruction.

    Well done

Posted by Taffy on 28th Sep 2015

This DVD is so easy - wish all other tutorials were also as easy. I am slowly working my way through the DVD and trying not to tear ahead. It is right what Dr Lam says, to perserve and take it slowly - you get the best results that way.

Dr Paul Lam explains and demonstrates tai chi in such a clear, easy to follow manner that it is a pleasure to watch his classes, to learn new moves and practise them. I am very happy with this DVD, will purchase the next one when I conclude lesson 8, and heartily recommend it.

This is a very easy to follow, well presented beginners course. I have owned other Tia Chi DVDs but this is the only one that I can follow precisely and look forward to consistently play.

The best instructional dvd to learn tai chi foundations

Posted by Lloyd on 22nd Oct 2014

Dr Paul Lam's lessons on the six easy steps of tai chi are very clear and precise. I am enjoying re-learning tai chi foundations correctly even though I had learnt it 14 years ago! I find that now, I am really doing tai chi and not only completing the 'steps' of the form. I am enjoying tai-chi'ing every morning! The best medicine for my arthritic joints! Thank you Dr Paul!
