Tai Chi for Arthritis wall chart Part 2

Posted by MRS SUSAN FAY FRY on 18th Dec 2024

I had purchased Part 1 of the wall chart many years ago. Then a friend recently told me she had purchased Part 2 that included the 9 new moves. We both agree that Part 2 is brilliant for completing the set.

    Great backup to dvd

Although I am learning from the dvds, having this chart makes it much easier to follow the movements once I have learnt each new movement

I've just started doing Taiichi once a week. This poster keeps me on track week to week.

    INSTANT REFERENCE

When hung in a conspicuous place one can immediately recall, while doing something else, the exact posture that might be going around in one's mind instead of turning on the DVD machine.

Tai Chi Movements Poster Part 2

Posted by Geoff M on 28th Jun 2018

I have ordered and received the charts for both Tai Chi Part 1 and Part 2. Very usefull, I would recommend for any body to remind them of the movements now laminated and setup in my gym.

    Another great product!

Posted by Frank Croucher on 7th Oct 2016

Having ordered and received the Part 1 wall chart, I was delighted to see that there is a second one (Part 2). Now with a complete set, I can have them laminated and they will be a very useful teaching aid (once I have completed the January workshop!). I am really looking forward to getting things rolling, and being able to assist my Tai Chi teacher here in NW Tasmania.

This is a great chart for a quick reference and reminder. I also have the DVD and book, so they all go together very well.
