I am so happy with my second C.D. It is so soothing and easy to practise Tai Chi to. I was also very impressed with how quickly and efficiently it was delivered to me after I ordered it.

Despite feeling low in energy and in discomfort rather than wait to feel better i played the Tai Chi 2 music this morning and settled into practice.The music gently but surely moves me into focus.I found when listening my Tai Chi moves and coordinated breathing were exquisite and when my thoughts turned to not moving quite right or pace quickening,listening guided me back.Also as TCA for arthritis music not over repetitive i was am able to pace myself.

I have purchased both CD's and find they are a great help when practicing, it enables me to slow down and relax and find it very helpful in focusing on the form

This works perfectly with Dr. Lam's Tai Chi for health dvd's.
Seems to help with the flow of the forms and the energy attained.
Relaxing and enjoyable music.

My tai chi students and I enjoy the music cd 2. One student states it helps her to set the pace of her tai chi practise and it is very relaxing.
Other students have said they just enjoy listening to the music without doing tai chi to it at times.

Enhances my Tai Chi practice and classes but also very relaxing to just sit quietly and listen to.

Would not be without this CD.

I find this CD very helpful in keeping my movements smooth & flowing and also slows me down as I tend to do my movements faster without it. It's very pleasant to listen to at any time.
