I love this Tai Chi music CD because it has so many different practices. I can do something different every day of the week. This was a good price, and is so much fun to do. I love following along with this, it is easy and relaxing for me. Fast shipping rounded out a great purchase!

I am so happy with this Tai Chi music! It is relaxing and pretty. It is also easy to follow and enjoyable to do every day. I would recommend this to anyone looking to start Tai Chi! I am so happy I found this!

The gentle, soulful instrumental sounds float into our awareness allowing us to quietly recognize our own inner strength and capabilities.
