A nice DVD for how to do Tai Chi at work
This is a nice DVD to learn how to do Tai Chi at work. Being sedentary for too long can effect you in a lot of ways, so this Tai Chi practice for work has been nice. I take a short break and do a practice, and I am refreshed for the rest of the day. I have a more successful work day and a better attitude doing this. I would recommend this to anyone needing a shake up at work, or a bit of a refresher!
