  1. Our residents love this DVD

Posted by Unknown on 5th Jun 2014

I work as a Diversional Therapist in an aged care facility. After purchasing this DVD, our residents look forward to every session and are improving each week. Some residents have joined in with Tai Chi who have declined invitations to any other type of gentle exercise group we have offered.

Our residents are very frail aged - some are in their nineties - so the gentle pace and seated format are very suitable for them.

Thank you for this wonderful product!

  5. Seated TCA helps elderly and disabled.

Posted by Lori Hammerton Bermagui NSW on 6th Sep 2012

I teach TCA under the Dr Lam method.

Until I purchased the seated TCA DVD I was encouraging several elderly and moderatley disabled people in my classes to try the form in a sitting position. The purchase of this DVD has given me the confidence to continue with this teaching method.

I will loan the DVD to these students to practice at home and I am sure this will encourage them to press on to find the benefits of this wonderful muscle strenthening form.

  6. Seated TCA

Posted by Dahlis Roy on 19th Apr 2012

Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis DVD is a wonderful tool for teaching people Tai Chi who have limited mobility or chronic pain.

Seated TCA is also useful for people in transit in air plane, train, bus, or car. I have practiced these movements while watching relaxing TV. One friend has a healthy active young child who prefers seated TCA.

I attended the two day pre-conference workshop in Terre Haute, Indiana USA in June 2011. Jef Morris, a Master Trainer, presented seated Tai Chi for Arthritis. The room was alive with quiet energy and unity of spirit in this moving form created by Dr. Paul Lam and other experts. There is dynamic qi flow is these exercises that energizes from head to toe.
