Show off with the Tai Chi for Health shirt!
You can wear almost anything that allows freedom of movement to do Tai Chi. But if you'd like to identify as or be recognised as a Tai Chi for Health practitioner, the Tai Chi for Health polo shirt is a must. It's manufactured in a 65% polyester and 35% cotton blend 210gsm (6oz) weight material that offers breathability, coolness and ease of movement. It also provides a 50+ UPF meaning it provides excellent protection to the upper body and shoulders. The finishing touch is, of course, the Tai Chi for Health logo on an 8cm patch. I got a few admiring looks in class wearing it too, but unfortunately just for the shirt!

Looking and Feeling Good!
I bought this polo shirt to celebrate my recent instructor accreditation. I've seen the shirts on the DVDs etc, and I thought owning one would make me feel even more like I belonged to a special family. The shirt is well-made and the fit is as per the size guide. It looks great on, yet still provides enough room to fully perform tai chi without constraints. The colour is a beautiful shade of blue and the logo is substantially printed. It won't be fading or flaking any time soon. A very worthy addition to my tai chi wardrobe.
