  1. The benefits of tai chi for Beginners 5 Star Review

Posted by on 21st Mar 2017

I have been teaching for eleven years and still passionate about teaching people tai chi. During this period I introduced tai chi into two Aged Care facilities as well as my private chasses and have worked all that time as a Volunteer. After I spent time in Sydney at the Annual workshop where I did the 24Form, I became very interested in the benefits of this form as I am a little pedantic about ageing and posture. Not everyone has the ability to retain sequencing and retaining multi movements, the beginner set addresses which are short, easy to learn and create awareness about body alignment. I had a year off to rehabilitate from an accident but am back this year with a new group and the offer of work with some older people. The Beginners booklet is cost effective, easy to understand, gives a broad insight into Tai Chi and enough information to wet the appetite to look for further reading.
