I am only a beginner but we all have to start somewhere so I have thoroughly enjoyed the DVD ‘Tai Chi for Arthritis’ by Dr Paul Lam, but there are times when I want more. I was so glad to see that a further DVD is now available ‘Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 11’. This DVD is wonderful, Dr Paul Lam is at his absolute best, he demonstrates some new and different warm ups and reiterates the previous forms, then he adds the 9 new movements to stretch yourself that bit further. The set is somewhat different initially, the forms are the same but they are presented in a different scenario. I loved doing the forms this new way, ‘old forms new ways’. It is nice to see that there is still room for initiative and it certainly kept my mind ticking over and my body happy.
