Follow up video/dvd

Hi,

I've already bought the Tai Chi for Beginners by Dr. Lam and it's helped me enormously when practising at home.

In my classes I have now reached further than the class in the video I have. Although Dr. Lam shows us the full 24 forms at the end of the video, I'd like to see the part which I have just learnt and further parts done by a class as in the first part of the video. Is there a video/dvd available which shows the class doing the whole 24 forms so I can follow them step by step as I learn them at my class?

The 24 Forms video/DVD has step by step instruction on the complete set, plus single movements and qigong exercises to faciliate learning.

you can find it from the left side of any web page at the navigation bar, go Videos, click Intermediate and find this. while you are there take a look at other categories.

Thank you Dr. Lam for your reply. I shall most definitely be ordering the dvd as I found the first one brilliant.

Can you please tell me where I change my password? I forgot my password and had to ask for an email to be sent to me. I followed the link in the email and then entered the numerical password which was sent to me and I got into the forum with that. But how do I set it to my own password? I can't find where to do it. :(

I just hope I can get back in next time!
