Does any one have any sayings that sum up Tai Chi or inspire their training? My personal favourites are
1} No yi no chi
2} Where the mind leads the body fillows
3} Steel wrapped in cotton wool.

One that I have read mentions... be like water flowing from one movement to the next, water is not hard but it is strong... (or something like that...)

Like a river, the water runs smoothly but strong, flowing but ready to follow a clear direction

Among htose mentioned, one of my favorites is:
"Be still like a mountain, yet flowing like a river."
and
"Like a steel spring wrapped in cotton"
