thanks bill,the hurricane has dissipated to the point where it is not much of a threat to our general area;just tropical storm stuff,(business as usual)
"season" not over yet tho and a tidy sum of additional systems are predicted to visit us this year before we can breath that collective sigh.
thanks for your concern but it's only water off a shark's back.(at least at this point)

There are several songs that feature my name, yes I believe the Beach Boys did one, as did Status Quo and my favorite by Neil Diamond is Sweet Caroline. Neil Seddaka did Oh Carol as a tribute to Carol King!

Just came back from a demo for 42 sword, just learning it. Their sword was very heavy with a loooong tassle and i stepped on it nad fell on my %#@& ...:D :D :D :mad:

42 fist and sword forms are combined forms and official competition. Paul has videos. Most of the moves are Yang, a few Sun, Wu and just very few Chen e.g. Dragon on the ground and 3 Fa Jing.

I try to be careful, especially cross squatting with a sword. The group sword was heavy with a long tassle about 1 ft as opposed to mine.

how come you're learning competition forms now ?
do you plan to compete or are you in it just for your own personal interest?

Yes I'm making attempts now and hope will enter the national and later international ring(maybe OLympic?)
