This is one of the best Qigong videos I've ever seen. It's very easy to follow and leaves you feeling quite relaxed afterward.

I have a question regarding Paul's Tai Chi for Health dvd's. One of them is listed on amazon.com with Tai Chi Productions as the studio with a release date of 1998. The other dvd has a release date of 2004, has Wellspring Media as the studio, and is listed as no longer being manufactured.

Are both dvd's the almost the same, or is the Tai Chi Productions dvd better. I noticed that used copies of the wellspring one sell for much less, which is the reason that I suspected that it may not be as popular for some reason.
