Tai Chi - The 24 Forms (Scroll down to see the first free lesson)
The ancient practice of tai chi is clinically proven to be one of the most effective exercises to improve health, fitness and relaxation. The 24 Forms is the most widely practiced tai chi form. While there are many variations, the form you will learn by working with this DVD is the one of the most authentic.
Following an introduction to tai chi and its benefits, Dr Lam teaches unique qigong exercises and foundational movements which will enhance your energy and make easier learning. He teaches the 24 forms from different angles — using close ups, repetitions and diagramed illustrations while dividing each form into small sections allowing you to follow along with ease. Throughout the lessons, Dr Lam will explain the tai chi principles and how to use them to improve your tai chi.

Our Tai Chi group is about to commence the 24 forms.
Jackie our instructor with a couple of other Tai Chi participants demonstrated the 24 forms for us and we were in awe.
We are all up for the challenge and experience and with the DVD for mid week practice I am sure we will master and enjoy the experience. Best of all any classes I miss will be covered by Dr Lam's DVD in detail and I will not fall behind.

Very clear and instructional. I like how moves are repeated several times so I don't have to rewind. Dr Lam talks as he moves which gives great verbal cues.

It is the best instruction of the 24 forms on DVD which I am practising every morning and my Taichi instructor was very surprised to see how much I improved with the 24 forms.
I am enjoying to practice by myself with DVD.
Thank you Doctor Lam.

I find the DVDs easy to follow, very helpful in learning the basics of Tai Chi. Learning to step forwards and backwards has been most helpful as has the repetitions of the forms. I am learning Tai Chi at lessons however being able to practise the forms at home with the DVD has been beneficial. I have much to learn and I love the feeling practising Tai Chi gives me

I have never done Tai Chi before but I am enjoying Dr. Lam's DVD as a starting point. The best thing about this DVD is the thorough explanation of each exercise and movement.
