I am very pleased with the whole beginnersset given by
Dr Lam. I was always searching for a good teacher who is able to teach tai-chi in the authentic, original form.
I will now purchase the twenty four form on dvd, i believe that step by step I will be able to learn the 24 form with the help of Dr Lam's lessons.
I only regret their is no certificated teacher by Dr Lam in my region. He could follow me up and correct me if I did something wrong during the lesson.
