May take a bit of time to learn but instructions are comprehensive and given step by step. No pressure to excel, just personally satisfying when you get it.

The exercises are well explained.
It's a good thing the warming up is repeated in every video : after seeing it each time, you start knowing it by heart.
I think this warming up is really necessary before doing the foundational movements.
The teacher has a very relaxing voice. It helps to focus.
It was an excellent purchase.

Instructions given in a pleasant way. A bit long on the warming up part, as that part is the same in all the products in the beginners' series
